The recently launched TELL Program by Edudham received a good response at Sarjapur, Bangalore in January 2010. The program focuses on real life education . As part of the pilot project, the Edudham Board sent session reports to all the parents with detailed lesson plans, parent tips on that concept, classroom communication strategies , pictures etc. It also published a tabloid , “Edudham Champs” towards the end of the Program comprising related articles and students participation in the class. The curriculum addresses a wide range of daily real life education such as dealing with money, awareness of environment around us, products and their usability, responsible citizen, communications, culture, etc Most importantly, the program invites students to become problem-solvers, aware and smarter engaged young citizens, and conscious choice-makers, so that their lives become part of the solution to persistent challenges.

TELL program offers children a unique set of opportunities to think, explore, learn and lead based on their intelligence. Your child is exposed to open and exciting activities based on concept development through all the eight multiple intelligences: visual, musical, logical, social, verbal, intrapersonal, naturalist and bodily-kinesthetic intelligences.

Typically a two hour session will have the following:

• Health is Wealth: Mind Yoga and Energizers to help your child be more physically active
• Learning by Seeing: Video-audio based concept learning
• Learning By Doing: Constructing Real models based on themes. {Magazine Time : Edudham will be coming out with kids magazine towards the end of the whole program. In each session, the child will be given some theme or topic based on his abilities that will be published in the magazine.}
• Know- How Time: Questions and conceptual understanding on the topic- {What, when, why, how & where questions} answered through exploration, explanation, reading and daily observations.
• Multi-sensorial learning: Involving the five senses in the process of learning
• Creativity Time: Role Play/ theatre of what has been done in the class
• Habits of Mind: Developing in child basic and necessary habits of mind. For eg-Courage, responsibility, strength etc need to be inculcated in a child. We also chant shlokas and make sure your child is aware about their meanings to be more aware.
